This Yakima, WA Neurology Physician Assistant Position requires Spine and Head experience.  At this Yakima clinic, you will have the potential to earn Six Figures while assisting Physician Executive Staff in developing and implementing the clinic's strategic long and short-term goals and its business plan and working closely with the MPM in forecasting and preparing annual budget and financial statements.  As a Physician Assistant in this Yakima clinic you will regularly monitor financial performance and assemble data ensuring effective decision-making.  Your opinions will be valued and you will make a difference in this practice.

Additional Duties of this Yakima Washington Physician Assistant position include:

• Representing clinic to regulatory agencies, insurance carriers, etc
• Enhancing operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment and high quality patient care. 
• Identifying, analyzing  and resolving operational concerns and maintain open lines of communication with staff to ensure high productivity.
• Overseeing and directing clinic operations and ensuring that they are conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the organization. 
  
• Ensuring all patient complaints are addressed.
• Fostering and maintaining strong communication between management and medical providers.
• Promoting effective communication throughout the clinic and organization to assure all relevant operational information and understanding is communicated to all clinic employees.
