General Physician Details:

• Moderate volume, extended care outpatient facilities looking for experienced, competent, either GP/FP/EM/IM physicians who are viable candidates for (limited or full) hospital staff credentialing. 

• Base is paid plus a very competitive performance bonus quarterly with benefits, that should easily begin at around $200K/year, and could possibly exceed this by a substantial amount.  (This is a fee for service payment structured area)  After three years, there is an opportunity to buy in as partner/owner.
  

• No Hospital call anticipated.
