In this nurse practitioner position in Minneapolis, MN, you will become part of a team of physicians and nurse practitioners with a special focus on providing health care to patients in a transitional care facility.   

This NP Position in Minneapolis Includes:

• Interacting with patients, family and staff
• Completing documentation appropriately
• Using an electronic medical record system (to be implemented in 2010)
  
  

MN Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:

• Masters of Arts Degree in Nursing
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
• Adult or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner Certification
• ACLS/BLS Certification
• Current Minnesota RN license
  
  

Minneapolis, MN Nurse Practitioner Hours & Compensation

• Full Time opportunity
• On call responsibilities include 1-2 evenings/month; and 3-4 weekends/year
• Additional compensation for on call responsibilities
