Internal Medicine Physician (Internist) BC/BE needed for hospital in central Montana.  This is a traditional practice with approx 80% outpatient.  Internal Medicine group consists of 5 physicians who will share call.
  

• This is an employed position. 
  
• Internist will have a guaranteed salary for 2 years.  
• At the beginning of the 3rd year, physician moves to production.  In production, Physician's salary is 50% of GROSS billings.  
• Hospital pays all malpractice, provides all support staff and equipment, and takes care of all billing and collecting. 

Internist only comes to work and practices medicine--no worries about payor mix and collecting!
